Bdferms began with a frustration seen too often - a farmer with a genuinely strong season, turned away from credit because there was no record to show a lender. The farm worked. The paperwork did not exist.
The season was real. The record was not.

The strength of the season stays locked in the farmer's memory and a few paper slips.
