01The agreement

These terms govern your use of Bdferms, operated by Bdferms Private Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a cooperative or institution, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

02Accounts

To use Bdferms you create an account and provide accurate details. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them.
• The accuracy of the farm and financial information you enter.
• Activity that takes place under your account.

03Your farm records

The season plans, cost entries, and other records you create remain yours. You grant Bdferms the permission needed to process this data to run the platform - building forecasts, credit profiles, and financing matches - as described in the Privacy Policy.

04Forecasts and estimates

Yield and revenue forecasts are estimates generated from crop, land, and regional data. They are presented with ranges and are not guarantees of harvest or income. Farming outcomes depend on many factors outside the platform, and you should treat every projection as a planning aid rather than a certainty.

05Credit scoring and financing

Credit eligibility scoring is a decision-support tool. It informs lenders; it does not approve or decline financing on its own.

• Financing decisions are made by partnered lenders under their own criteria.
• Being scored, or matched to an option, is not an offer or promise of credit.
• Financing terms, where offered, are set between you and the lender.

06Acceptable use

You agree to use Bdferms honestly and lawfully. In particular, you will not:

• Enter false records to manipulate a credit profile or a financing outcome.
• Access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

07Liability

Bdferms is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for farming losses, financing outcomes, or decisions made in reliance on forecasts or scores, which are informational and not guarantees.

08Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the platform evolves, and material changes will be made available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Bdferms Private Limited.
